OH. OH. OH. So they have categories for pixel dolls (which is awesome and we pixel-ists totally deserve it, but) and they have body art cats, and book art, and AND PHOTO MANIPS? MUKIPS, I SAY. THEY EVEN HAVE CATEGORIES FOR they're CONTESTS AND GRAFFITI. But they still haven't got an Original Character category yet? The plague that populates 70% of DevientART? If you count the more practical people with the good ORIGINAL character ideas, it deserves it's own category. Or am I just being a dillweed and went on this rant for no reason and A. There is and OC category and I just didn't find it or B. The other 30% of DevientART has it down with the categories. ANYWAY. Where's the search categories option? WE NEED THAT. Oh wait, I said "ANYWAY" in caps, that means I go on about my picture now.  If you couldn't guess by now, my original character, and if you didn't read it by now, or have been starring at the computer screen too long and can't read anymore, *deep breath* Debbie. I prefer to call her Debbu for somereason. Still all crazy about vampires, so of course she is. Made mid last month, 'cause I'm like that in uploading. And cool like that in adding dumbo blood. Sorry for the lame blood on her name. It looked cooler in my head. But it always looks cooler in your head. And the dumb kanji I put there for no reason. If I remember correctly, it's her name. Tutorials used for the coloring of this picture, I don't remember them though, sorry ;_;. Just waste some minutes by going through my favorites, and probably the latest tutorials added will be them. Yup, everyone has a picture of they're original character, may it be made in made in (Ms.) Paint, or HD pencils. It needs it's own category!
It's Japanese, and I think it's her name, though I'm not a hundred percent sure.
