Haven't uploaded in forever, sorry 8(.
Well, I was supposed to upload this two days ago, but the first time dad booted me off before I could, and the second day, well, I just forgot. :iconifailplz:

For =IrinaR's contest, to draw her characters from her cute and comedy-ish online manga. I've been keeping up with it from day one it's always been something fun to read, I find in my inbox.
Take some time and read some of it, the contest lasts till July thirty-first! ; D
( thank God, otherwise I wouldn't have made the deadline OTL;;; )

Characters drawn in PSP 7, then background added in ChibiPaint (my Photoshop LUL) then then everything else randomly edited in both programs.
There is absolutely no way to make nice lineart in Paintshop -_-; It looks so forced and not blended in at all.

The big 'OH WELL'.

I hope it's okay I just improvised on their outfits Irina, I was originally going to have them in their school uniforms, but after getting the sketch done...I sorta just decided to go on tangent with their clothes :meow:.

OMG, MKR I miss U so muuuch! My DA still doesn't want to cooperate with me, including reading messages! Right now I'm in my BFF's house,that's why I'm able to add any comment! I'm here till 15th August, so I'll be able to reply you, finally. You suggested using another computer, the problem is that I only have this one which doesn't work. But I won't let DA kick my ass! Big grettings from Poznań in Poland!

Poznań - it's a 'name' of a country I'm currently in. You can easy find it when You open the map of Poland. I live in Łódź, as You remember (in the middle of Poland), and now I'm in my friends house - in Poznań (north-west from Łódź;). That's all!

Actually, for PSP, the lineart is pretty good. :3 Heck, the only way to get it to look decent is fiddle around with it forever . . . I've been there. :P But I love the use of colors in this-- it's very eyecatching. :meow: Happy contesting, too. ;D

It's crisp and clean, which I like sometimes but lately I'm liking the blended lineart that doesn't stick out so much, but meshes with the colors. I dunno, I guess it just sticks out to me the wrong way ;P. ANYWAY, I THANK YOU <3. I'm glad you like it. And thank you!

Perhaps if you're aiming for more blendable lineart, you should try having it match the color of the thing it's outlining. I think that would help its blendability. :)

I've tried that, I didn't much like the result, but I suppose I could fiddle around with it again and see with what I can come up with. There a million ways to do it, I bet. So thanks! :icongwomp:

There are-- there are ways to do it in PSP that are just harder to figure out since no one does tutorials for PSP. It's always PHOTOSHOP~~~. Dude, could you address us lowly people who use PSP (and BTW, PSP is actually quite good :P) and have some money left in our wallets (and space left on our computers)? :(

Speak the truth sistah! Now that it's been a week since you left this, I have figured out how do some line less...BUT with GIMP haha *phail* It's the ~*!$FREE$!*~ version,somewhat, of Photoshop.
But even though I'm learning/trying! out new programs, PSP is still awesome (even if it has it's lay backs and I want to claw it's dumb wonky brushes out) and was my first "big" paint program xD. POWAH TO TEH PEE ESS PEE.
